Tori Spelling was issued a bench warrant after she failed to show up in court for an ongoing lawsuit with City National Bank.
“Judgment debtor fails to appear,” the document filed in the Los Angeles Superior Court on Friday read.
The judge ordered a bench warrant for her next court appearance on Wednesday, May 1. The bench warrant is currently being held and will be activated if the mother-of-five doesn’t show up again.
“Bail is to be set in the amount of $5,000,” the judge ordered, according to RadarOnline.
The 90210 actress seems unfazed by the legal drama, as she’s currently in Israel despite skipping court.

“Best friends in life and business,” Spelling captioned a photo alongside co-star Jennie Garth. “So excited to be in Israel filming an amazing commercial for @castrofasion_kids with my bestie @jenniegarth.”
On her Instagram story, she shared photos of the view and food. “I just traveled across the world,” she captioned a selfie. “But I’m up and ready to work.”
Spelling, 45, and her husband Dean McDermott, 52, were sued by City National Bank for failing to pay back a $400,000 loan given to them in 2010.
The bank accused the couple of “owing plaintiff an unpaid principal balance in the amount of $185,714.05, plus interest in the amount of $2,407.92 and late charges in the amount of $681.41, for a total of $188,803.38.”
They also demanded she pay the $17,149.09 she withdrew from September 2016.
City National Bank was awarded a judgement against Spelling and McDermott back in May 2017 for $202,066. Since the reality stars have failed to pay the judgment for the last 669 days, Spelling racked up a whopping $40,280 interest, while her husband owes an additional $37,029.
On March 28, 2019, a Los Angeles Superior Court clerk signed off on a writ of execution, meaning the Sheriff can now take steps to garnish the couple’s wages and seize their bank accounts in the legal battle.
