Jude Law Meets His Love Child

Jude Law, 37, flew to Florida last week to fulfill his role as father to his five-month-old daughter, Sophia, for the first time. Jude had the child during a fling with model Samantha Burke. In Miami on Thursday, they met for six hours, along with celebrity lawyer, Maurice Kutner.

“Jude was very on edge about the meeting. The pregnancy wasn’t planned but he wants to do the right thing. It’s not like he can hide – as soon as Sophia can use the Internet she can find out who her dad is," a source told the British paper The Sun.

Recently Jude has rekindled his romance with ex Sienna Miller, who had previously broken up with him after he had a fling with his children’s nanny. His affair with Samantha took place while he was filming Sherlock Holmes in New York in 2008. Samantha found out she was pregnant over Christmas of that year. Over last weekend, both Jude and Samantha stayed in hotels not far from each other. In addition to their meeting on Thursday, they were seen walking into a local office with lawyers again on Saturday. The legal agreement between the two was sealed then, reports The Sun, though the specific details about his role as dad haven’t been revealed. –NATASHA ALLOWAY
