Joss Whedon has announced the cast for the upcoming HBO series, The Nevers.
The cast includes Olivia Williams, James Norton, Tom Riley, Ann Skelly, Ben Chaplin, Pop Torrens, Zackary Momoh and Amy Manson. They will play a group of detectives, doctors, and criminals who help build a greater world from their Victorian neighborhood.

Nick Frost has also been cast as “The Beggar King,” who is a criminal boss.
Rochelle Neil, Eleanor Tomlinson and Denis O’Hare will also be featured in the upcoming series.
The Nevers is a sci-fi Victorian-era drama that witnesses a group of women who have inexplicable powers. This is the first time that Whedon will serve as showrunner on a series since Buffy the Vampire Slayer.
