Jonah Hill’s Ex-Girlfriend, Sarah Brady, Accuses Him Of Misogyny & Gaslighting: ‘This Is A Warning!’
Jonah Hill’s ex-girlfriend, surf instructor Sarah Brady, recently posted a collection of screenshots on her Instagram story, showing text exchanges between her and Hill.
“This is a warning to all girls. If your partner is talking to you like this, make an exit plan,” Brady wrote as a caption.
The screenshots begin with Brady telling Hill that she had removed all the posts from her page, which didn’t seem to satisfy Hill because she refused to delete some of them. He then sent her a series of screenshots he wanted to be removed.
Brady explains that she didn’t remove a video because it was her “best surfing video” and asked if a different cover frame would be better for HIll, to which he replied, “Yes, one that isn’t of your a— in a thong.” The 21 Jump Street actor then declared that he was “done” with Brady after she corrected him and said that what she was wearing wasn’t a thong.
As the argument continued, Hill sent her a list of actions he disapproved of.
He wrote that if she needed to “surf” or have “boundaryless inappropriate friendships” with men, “to model” or post “bathing suit” or “sexual” pictures, and keep “friendships with women who are in unstable places and from [her] wild past,” then he would not be the “right partner” for Brady.
Over Hill’s list text, Brady wrote as a caption, ”See the misuse of the term ‘boundaries’?” and in the next slide, showed a lengthy reply to Hill with the caption, “Icky to see how I took the blame for him.”
In her reply to Hill, she apologized to him and explained that she “had a couple [of] beers” and was upset that they couldn’t do “surf social things without an uncomfortable situation arising that usually feels like [her] fault somehow.” She then went on to say that she didn’t feel “socially intelligent enough” to meet Hill’s standards in a partner.
“In moments of conflict, my brain thinks you want to dump me because I’m not good enough for you and you’re the GOAT and you can do better and you will immediately once you end things with me,” Brady added.
“I respect your love of surfing but I respect myself as well,” Hill said. “And your love of surfing and being in those situations and lack of awareness are not mutually exclusive.”
In an attempt to save their relationship, Brady responded to Hill’s list of boundaries and assured him that she didn’t “need or want” the things he listed.
Hill later insinuated that he wasn’t receiving the respect he deserved.
“Take some accountability and operate with respect,” Hill wrote. His texts also implied that he and Brady were seeing a couple’s therapist. Brady, also confirmed in the story posts that they saw their therapist once weekly over four months.
In a later screenshot, Brady asked Hill to clarify his boundaries and how much change he wanted her to make for him. She also says in a separate text that he had asked her if she was okay with kissing a “gorgeous, intelligent, talented and accomplished single woman on camera,” which Brady agreed would be okay because she loved and trusted him.
Hill and Brady were romantically linked in 2021 when they made their relationship Instagram official in August of that year. Although it’s unclear when exactly the former couple ended their relationship, Hill was seen with his current girlfriend, Olivia Miller, one year after he and Brady went public.

Two days after the initial screenshot shares, Brady posted more texts, this time with dates and implying that while Hill was dating Miller, he was “flirting, sexting and leaning” on Brady for “partner-level emotional support.” Hill denied her accusations and insisted that he was only being “a good and supportive friend.”
Jonah and Miller also recently welcomed a baby this year, the first child for both parents.
