Johnny Lewis, a former star of Sons of Anarchy, believed he might have fathered a child with actress Diane Marshall-Green before his death in 2012.
Johnny Lewis, best known for his role as Kip ‘Half Sack’ Epps in Sons of Anarchy, died one year ago at the age of 28 after allegedly killing an elderly woman and falling off the roof of her home. Recently filed court documents suggest that he believed he was the father of Diane’s young daughter (photographed below).
The court documents were reportedly filed by Lewis’ parents, who are petitioning the court to divide Lewis’ estate of $41,000. Lewis did not have a will at the time of his death, and Lewis’ father believes that he and his wife should, by default, inherit his estate. According to the documents, however, Lewis’ father listed Diane and her 3-year-old daughter as possible beneficiaries.
Reports suggest that Lewis had been trying to take legal action to seek visitation rights to see Diane’s daughter before his death, but Lewis’ father does not believe she is his granddaughter.
If Lewis is the biological father, then Diane’s young daughter would be entitled to Lewis’ estate.
Diane Marshall-Green is an actress and artist who is now married to actor Logan Marshall-Green, though conflicting reports maintain that Marshall-Green is dating Marisa Tomei. Coincidentally, Marshall-Green appeared on The O.C. just one season before Lewis began his guest-staring stint on the teen soap as Dennis ‘Chili’ Childress in Season 3.
Diane Marshall-Green has yet to comment on the report.
