Johnny Depp Surprises Pink On ‘Jimmy Kimmel’

Pink got flustered during her recent appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live when the host brought out her No. 1 celebrity crush, Johnny Depp.

While chatting with Jimmy Kimmel, Pink revealed that she did meet Depp once before. She was at a record store with her husband Carey Hart, who forced her to introduce herself instead of making a B-line for the exit.

“I didn’t want to meet him,” she said. “My husband made me meet him, which was so dumb. I was hiding behind records in a record store and I was like, ‘Don’t do this. I don’t want to meet him.’”

“I don’t think it went well. I don’t feel like I nailed it,” Pink said, adding that Depp thought that she was trying to talk to him about Alice Cooper instead of his new movie Alice Through the Looking Glass, for which she had recorded a song.

Pink was so scarred from that initial encounter that she purposefully avoided Depp backstage at Jimmy Kimmel Live. But Kimmel wasn’t going to waste the opportunity to have them meet again, and called the Pirates of the Caribbean actor back on stage. Depp walked over to Pink and gave her a big hug and kiss on the cheek – before planting a wet one right on Kimmel’s lips.

“That was awful. This sucks. I hate you,” Pink told Kimmel, still flustered following the surprise.
