John Mayer: I Failed Jennifer Aniston

John Mayer is opening up about the dysfunctional state of his love life and his failed relationship with Jennifer Aniston.  "I was the ass—," Mayer pointedly tells Rolling Stone. "I’ve never really gotten over it. It was one of the worst times of my life."

Mayer has already Tweeted about the article: "After 30 minutes of twirling my hair into a knot, I say ‘f– it.’ You can’t go wrong if you tell the truth." The singer doesn’t seem to be discouraged by his past romantic failures. “I’ll be happy when I close out this life-partner thing,” he says. “Think of how much mental capacity I’m using to meet the right person so I can stop giving a f— about it.” –JAKE GABLE
