Jon and Kate Gosselin, already accused of cheating on each other in the press, are now being investigated by the Pennsylvania's Labor Department as to whether their hit show Jon and Kate Plus 8 is following state child labor laws. The TLC show, about the couple's life with twins and their 5-year-old sextuplets, drew more than 10 million viewers for its Monday premiere. The couple have denied having affairs, and TLC asserts that it complies with all child labor laws. Kate's brother and sister-in-law went on TV last week claiming the Gosselins are exploiting their children. (Photo: WENN)
