Joe Manganiello, his girlfriend Caitlin O’Connor and his Chihuahua, Bubbles, spent Christmas week at Sandals Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, celebrating his 48th birthday.
They stayed in a private, luxurious, two-story overwater villa with a beautiful beach, where they spent a lot of time swimming.
To commemorate the occasion, O’Connor shared photos of Manganiello on Instagram, describing him as “handsome, loyal, intelligent, and a protector.”
In one photo, Manganiello is wearing a black tank top and cheetah-patterned shorts, while O’Connor is wearing a white tank top and a white-and-purple tie-dye skirt.
O’Connor ordered two birthday cakes from Cake and Art bakery in West Hollywood, California, for her boyfriend’s birthday.
The cakes, which cost $400 each, each had its own design and flavor. The first cake, made from chocolate cake with mocha filling, had an edible 3D Pittsburgh Steelers helmet. The other cake, made with confetti vanilla and lemon filling, was shaped like a jersey with the name Manganiello on it.
The cake theme was perfect because Manganiello, originally from Pittsburgh, is a superfan of the Steelers.
In May 2023, Manganiello split from longtime girlfriend Sofia Vergara.
