Jodie Foster reportedly married her girlfriend, photographer and sometime-actress Alexandra Hedison, over the weekend.
Foster and Hedison, who went public with their relationship last summer, tied the knot last weekend, reports E! News. A rep for Foster has confirmed the Oscar-winner wedded the former The L Word actress.
Last summer, after Foster had made her official coming out speech while accepting the Cecil B. DeMille Lifetime Achievement Award at the Golden Globes, she was spotted out and about on a couple of occasions with Hedison, who previously dated talk show host and comedian Ellen DeGeneres. They attended a technology seminar at Fox Studios together and were spotted grabbing dinner together days later.
"It's pretty serious," a source told E! in September about the couple. "They're totally in love."
Foster and her ex Cydney Bernard split in 2008 after 20 years together in which they welcomed two sons, Charles and Kit.
