Jimmy Kimmel was at it again with his latest Drunk Donald Trump video.
In this segment, Kimmel takes a short excerpt of a speech from Trump at one of his rallies, and both slows it down and speeds it up. When slowed, Trump’s speech is like that of a drunk guy, stumbling over his words. Of course, Kimmel chooses a part of the speech that doesn’t quite make sense out of context. In the first part of the video, the “drunk” Trump goes on and on asking if there’s alarm going off somewhere. He looks distractedly from side to side, and no alarm can be heard.
In the second part, Kimmel’s team speeds up Trump’s speech and says it’s the “coked up” version of Trump. With this alteration, Trump seems to speak extremely quickly and excitedly about the Mexican government paying for the wall he has so famously proposed.
