Jets Quarterback Tyrod Taylor Calls Cops In Order To Evict Ex Draya Michele From Their Formerly Shared Home

New court documents allege that Jets quarterback Tyrod Taylor attempted to get cops to evict his ex-girlfriend, model Draya Michele, from their previously shared home in California. 

According to court documents filed Nov. 26, the model, 39, claims Taylor, 35, had officers visit the Los Angeles home to evict her and her three kids. 

Michele claimed that she was on a business trip when she received a frantic call from her nanny, saying law enforcement had arrived at the home and was attempting to lock her and Michele’s kids out. 

“On 11/20/2024, Ms. Howard received an alarming phone call from her children’s nanny while she was away on a business trip that the sheriffs were at the Subject Property to lock the occupants out of the Subject Property,” the filing read.

The filing came after the model sued Taylor for breach of contract in June, claiming he threatened to evict her from the same home he purchased in August 2022 – which Taylor promised to sell to her. She said the verbal agreement was made while they were still together. 

Taylor and Michele began dating in 2020, breaking up at some point last year. 

In the lawsuit, the model said she agreed to pay the quarterback $3.2 million for the home in January 2024 after Taylor countered her original offer of $2.8 million. 

Additionally, the model claimed that the two had concluded that any contributions she made to the home – such as renovations or mortgage payments – would go toward the price of the home whenever she chose to buy it from Taylor. 

Michele also alleged that she invested $300,000 in the property, thinking the money would go toward the price she agreed to pay for the home. 

Now, the model is claiming that Taylor has refused to sell the home to her, using the police to escalate his threats to evict her.
