While there is seldom a consensus on who deserves the title of "Best Dressed" at the Oscars, one name can be found falling from just about everyone's lips: Jessica Chastain. The Best Supporting Actress nominee from The Help stunned onlookers at the 84 Annual Academy Awards on Sunday when she arrived wearing an opulently embroidered Alexander McQueen gown and $2 million in Harry Winston diamonds.

“There was something about the embroidery of this dress,” Chastain told The Hollywood Reporter. “It felt larger than life — and this is a larger-than-life moment. I always wanted to be an actor. Most little girls dream of their wedding dresses; I grew up dreaming of my Oscar dress.”
