Jessica Alba took to the mound Sunday to deliver the first pitch at the Los Angeles Dodgers’ game against the Milwaukee Brewers.

Jessica Alba Throws First Pitch

Prior to the game, Alba, looking sporty in a Dodgers jersey, jeans and sneakers, practiced her toss on the field.

When it came time to deliver the ceremonial first pitch, Alba jogged out onto the baseball diamond and delivered the pitch from the mound. Though Dodgers outfielder Scott Van Slyke had to move off home plate to snatch up the toss, the movie star’s pitch was far better than those thrown by Miss Texas Monique Evans and 50 Cent.

Alba, 33, took to Instagram after throwing the first pitch to share a photomontage of the memorable event. She captioned the picture, “I had a blast @dodgers game 2day throwing the first pitch! #LADodgers #Caligirl #dreamcometrue.”

Alba also shared a slow-motion video of herself practicing her throw and said she was hoping to be like Little League World Series standout Mo’ne Davis. “Jus trying to be like @monedavis11 @dodgers game today #ladodgers #caligirl #firstpitch #bucketlist,” Alba wrote.
