Jessa (Duggar) Seewald and her husband Ben Seewald have announced that baby number two is on the way.
Duggar and Seewald revealed the baby news in a statement to People magazine.
“We are overjoyed to announce that Spurgeon has a new title in life as ‘big brother!’ ” the statement from the couple reads. “We are so thankful that God is adding to our family.”
Duggar, 23, and Seewald, 21, whose firstborn son Spurgeon is nine-months-old, are expecting their second child to arrive next February.
“2017 is shaping up to be a wonderful year already, and we know Spurgeon will do a great job in his new role,” the married pair added in their statement. “Having Spurgeon has been such a wonderful blessing, and we cannot wait to see the face of this sweet new baby (or babies!).”
Duggar and Seewald tied the knot Nov. 1, 2014 after a short engagement that followed months of courting that were captured for the TLC’s erstwhile 19 Kids and Counting.
Counting On, the Duggar’s new show, premieres on TLC Tuesday at 8/7c.
