Reality TV star Erica Taltos, who appeared on The Jersey Shore and The Bachelor, was arrested in 2023 for battery after punching a woman in the face in Florida Arby’s.
As she was pulling up to the drive-through window, a woman told the reporting officer that she saw a Taltos “lying down in front of the north side entrance of the building” and commented on her sleeping in front of the business, according to the police report. When the woman arrived to pay, Taltos allegedly approached her window and confronted her about her accusation.
“[The woman] advised as a brief verbal altercation ensued, she wanted her to step away from the vehicle,” the police report said. “[The woman] advised Taltos refused to do so and punched her on the right side of her face with a closed fist.”
Taltos was arrested and charged with battery touch or strike. In her mugshot, she looked completely disheveled as she scowled at the camera. She was held on a $500 bond and pleaded not guilty at her arraignment.

The reality star agreed to complete a mental health diversion program, which she completed on July 25 of that year. Taltos’ efforts resulted in the prosecution dropping the charges against her.
