Jeremy Renner and his estranged wife, Canadian model and actress Sonni Pacheco, have reached a custody and spousal support settlement.
Renner and Pacheco have finally reached a settlement that both parties are comfortable with, according to TMZ. Under the terms of the settlement, The Avengers actor and Pacheco will split custody of their 2-year-old daughter Ava 50/50. Pacheco will receive $13,000 per month for child support.
Pacheco had filed for divorce from Renner back in December. At the time, Pacheco was aiming for primary custody, rather than the 50/50 custody that Renner wanted – and ultimately got.
As for spousal support, Pacheco won’t be getting anything, as there had been a prenup and the marriage only lasted 10 months.
In court Wednesday, Pacheco’s lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan noted that more issues pertaining to the divorce settlement could arise, though he also made an encouraging statement about the erstwhile pair’s ability to coparent their child.
“Both parties greatly adore their daughter,” Kaplan said after the hearing, adding that they would “work together to make these orders work in a way that makes their daughter a winner today.”
