Jeremy Piven injured a passing biker on Tuesday — after hitting the biker in the chest with his car door.
Piven was near The Grove in Los Angeles when he parked his car next to the curb and opened the door of his 2015 CTS Cadillac, according to law enforcement sources.
A 44-year-old man was riding his bicycle when he slammed into the car door — the cyclist had to be taken to the hospital by ambulance.
The victim reportedly received stitches on his chest.
The police allegedly believe Piven was at fault for the incident, but he didn’t get a ticket because cops did not witness the scene. However, sources say Piven has been cooperative with authorities.
Piven has not returned a request for comment on the incident.
