Jennifer Love Hewitt & Brian Hallisay Expecting First Child, Engaged

Jennifer Love Hewitt and new fiance and The Client List costar Brian Hallisay have recently announced that they are expecting their first child together. Hallisay proposed to Hewitt back in May during a Europeon vacation, reported Us Weekly.

“This is a wonderful time and we are looking forward to starting our family together,” the couple said in a statement.

Hallisay met Hewitt back in 2011 on the set of the unaired NBC pilot Love Bites. He then went on to nab a role in the Lifetime vehicle for the 34-year-old actress, The Client List. In the drama series, he plays Hewitt’s husband who had run away from his family during a financial crisis.

Before heading to Hollywood, Hallisay earned a degree in Economics and History from Cornell University. He then went on to work on Wall Street, before heading across the country to pursue his latent acting aspirations.

Hewitt, who has long been vocal about her desire to start a family, was once engaged to Scottish actor Ross McCall. She then dated her Ghost Whisperer costar Jamie Kennedy from 2009 to 2010.
