Jennifer Lopez dropped her music video for her new single “Booty,” featuring Iggy Azalea, putting her famous backside on display.

Jennifer Lopez Drops “Booty” Music Video

“Booty” was originally featured on Lopez’s newest album, AKA, and the track first featured Pitbull, but Lopez decided to recruit Azalea, who is also known for her curves, to rap on the remix.

Lopez and Azalea appear side by side in the video, proudly showing off their derrières in matching bathing suits for the camera. The two leave the intense twerking to Nicki Minaj, though both Lopez and Azalea do plenty of dancing, twerking and grinding in the video.

JLo vs. Nicki Minaj

“Booty” is the second pop song released about butts this past month, with Minaj’s “Anaconda” video causing quite a splash upon its release. Unlike Minaj’s video, which is jungle-themed and features an array of background dancers, Lopez’s video is simpler and focuses solely on Lopez and Azalea.

While some fans are comparing Lopez and Minaj on Twitter, others are pointing out the similarities between “Booty” and Beyoncé’s “Partition” video, with this side-by-side comparison making the rounds online.

Despite the criticism, “Booty” has been viewed over three million times on YouTube since its release on Thursday and looks to be another hit for JLo.
