Jennifer Garner Accidently Texts Selfie To A Random Person

Jennifer Garner accidentally texted a random stranger while trying to catch up with an old friend from Alias.

“Carl – this is Jen G. Here comes proof,” she wrote to the stranger, who simply replied “wrong number.”

At that point, she had already sent the selfie so she replied saying, “Hahaha well this is me!”

Garner posted about the experience on her Instagram page to make fun of the situation.

“You know the one time you take a selfie to prove to someone you’re you? And get a “wrong number” message just as it’s gone out into the world? Well, it’s humbling, isn’t it,” she wrote.

Garner was attempting to reach out to her former Alias costar Carl Lumbly.

The cast of Alias had a 20th-anniversary reunion earlier in the week, where Garner posted a tribute to the show on her Instagram page.

“Twenty years ago this week, tonight in fact, #Alias aired for the first time on @abcnetwork,” she wrote. “If you’re an idea born of @jjabramsofficial’s brain— you’re a big one; JJ’s ambitious imagination pushed every department on the crew of Alias through and past the norm, it was so much FUN.”
