"King of America," Jay-Z, has been notoriously quiet about his personal life throughout his 14- year rap career, especially when it comes to his wife, Beyonce. The couple was linked back in 2002, after they collaborated on the hit song "Bonnie and Clyde," but both refused to comment on their relationship until after their low-key wedding in 2008.

But now, the tight-lipped rapper is speaking about his relationship with B, his nickname for Beyonce. "Sometimes on creative stuff, one of us will ask, ‘Do you think this is cool?’" Jay-Z told Rolling Stone. "She’s a magnificent A&R, if she ever decides to do that, for things like pitch. So I defer to her on those sort of questions."

While they do like to bounce ideas off of each other occasionally, Jay said that he and Beyonce both "pretty much stay out of each other’s business." –ELENA COX

It's fascinating that two stars as big as them have been able to keep their relationship so private for so many years.
