Georgia GOP Rep. Jason Spencer Screams Racial Slurs & Drops Pants On 'Who Is America?'
Georgia representative Jason Spencer has announced his resignation from his position following his disgraceful performance on the latest episode of Showtime’s Who Is America? where he repeatedly used the N-word. While he initially refused to resign, he has now relented per the widespread bipartisan outcry.
As detailed in the letter he sent to Georgia House Speaker David Ralston, Spencer’s resignation will take effect on July 31. Spencer, 43, represented Georgia’s Woodbine district, a position he was elected into back in 2011. Had Spencer not agreed to resign, he would only have had five more months in office, owing to his defeat to political greenhorn Steven Sainz back in the May primaries.

The representative’s disastrous appearance on Sacha Baron Cohen‘s program aired on Sunday. Spencer claimed his fears of terrorism were taken advantage of, offering his apologies for his deplorable language. In a correspondence with the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, however, he added, “This media company’s deceptive and fraudulent behavior is exactly why President Donald Trump was elected.”
