Momoa is now showing off the malo while in Hawaii. Along with the star was martial artist Gordon King Ryan, who also donned the traditional garb while also getting a matching tattoo.
In the video posted to Instagram, the two show off their new look while also both getting a bit cheeky, showing off their backsides to the camera. Momoa says, “He’s full local now, look at that.”
The caption to a photo Momoa posted presumedly after the video read, “had the pleasure of meeting these two badasses gordon and sonny. @gordonlovesjiujitsu we laughed and drank and they choked us all out.😜😜🤘🏾🤘🏾🤘🏾😂😂😂it was amazing. welcome to my ohana. can’t wait to see u again my friends safe travels. and good luck world he’s gonna stay KING aloha j.” Momoa and the two “badasses” posed for the photo with smiles ear to ear.

Aside from Chief Of War, Momoa is starring in Slumberland, which hit Netflix on November 18 and the upcoming sequel to 2018’s Aquaman, Aquaman and The Lost Kingdom.
