Kylie Kelce, wife of retired Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce, is being lauded for her poise after shutting down an aggressive fan who demanded a photo during a recent night out in South Jersey.

Video of the heated confrontation at a Margate City restaurant over the holiday weekend quickly went viral, with many praising Kylie’s calm but firm response.

In the clip, an unidentified person becomes irate after the Kelces declined to take a photo together. “You’ll never be allowed in this town again,” the person allegedly told Kylie.

Kylie responded, “I can smell the alcohol on your breath; you’re embarrassing yourself.”

The mother of three’s handling of the situation drew praise from Jason’s former Eagles teammate, Chris Long.

“Barking up the wrong tree, lady, lol,” the retired defensive end commented on the dust-up.

Multiple witnesses have corroborated that the Kelces did nothing to provoke the confrontation and tried to enjoy a quiet date night when approached.

Margate City Mayor Michael Collins has since publicly apologized to the couple and offered to make it up to them with a complimentary dinner out on the town.

It’s an instance of fame infringing on privacy, something Kylie has been open about as her profile and her husband’s stardom has risen.

“I almost feel a little guilty that people are so interested and invested in what I’m doing,” she told Good Morning America earlier this year. “I’m like, ‘I am trying to scrape applesauce off the couch.’ This is not that fascinating.”

While her husband was a fan favorite during his 13 seasons with the Eagles, Kylie has garnered her admirers through her advocacy work with the Eagles Autism Challenge and other charitable causes.

The couple, who married in 2018, have tried to maintain a sense of normalcy amid Jason’s retirement from football and his growing media career as a podcast host.

Jason announced his retirement in March but still maintains his podcast with Taylor Swift‘s boyfriend, brother Travis Kelce.
