Jared Leto & Brother Shannon Leto Rock Toronto On Thirty Seconds To Mars World Tour

Rock band Thirty Seconds to Mars electrified fans at Toronto’s Budweiser Stage this week, as part of their ongoing Seasons World Tour. The performance marked a significant stop on the North American leg of their global trek.

Led by brothers Jared and Shannon Leto, the band delivered a high-energy set that spanned their two-decade career. The show featured tracks from their latest album, It’s the End of the World But It’s a Beautiful Day, alongside fan favorites from earlier releases.

Frontman Jared Leto, known for his music career and Oscar-winning acting, expressed his enthusiasm for performing with his brother. “Touring the world with Thirty Seconds to Mars is one of life’s greatest gifts,” Leto told Good Morning America. “The bond we share on stage is irreplaceable.”

The Toronto show highlighted the band’s evolving sound and their return to earlier hits. Leto noted the renewed energy they’ve found in performing older tracks. “Songs like ‘Attack,’ ‘The Kill’ and ‘A Beautiful Lie’ feel brand new again,” he explained. “We’re interpreting them differently now, with a fresh perspective.”

Fans at the Budweiser Stage were treated to a mix of these reimagined classics and newer singles like “Stuck” and “Seasons.” The performance showcased the band’s ability to blend their cinematic rock style with more recent musical influences.

The concert in Toronto serves as a prelude to the European leg of their tour, where the band will continue to promote their latest album while celebrating their musical journey. As they prepare to cross the Atlantic, Leto humorously referred to their next stop, Poland, as “Pierogi Central.”

Thirty Seconds to Mars, formed in 1998, has always experimented with rock music, inspired in part by Jared’s experience in the film industry. Their Toronto show showed they’re still energetic performers and remain relevant in the rock music world.

Last November, Leto became the first person to legally scale the exterior of the Empire State Building.
