Janet Jackson, Wissam Al Mana Divorce Rumors False – Report

Janet Jackson and her husband Wissam Al Mana are not getting a divorce, according to sources close to the couple.

Janet Jackson & Wissam Al Mana Not Divorcing

"From what I was told, she never said divorce," one insider told E! News. "From what I'm told, she's staying with him. All the bliss that Janet experienced pre-marriage with Wissam and in the first couple of months is gone."

"The rumors about their marriage are a lie,” another insider told Entertainment Tonight, indicating a happier married life for the pair. “They are very happy and very much together. In fact, the couple has recently purchased an even larger home in New York."

Jackson and Al Mana, an Arab businessman, released a joint statement in February 2013 revealing that they had married in 2012 in an intimate ceremony.

"Last year we were married in a quiet, private and beautiful ceremony," the statement read. "Our wedding gifts to one another were contributions to our respective favorite children's charities. We would appreciate that our privacy is respected and that we are allowed this time for celebration and joy.”

Jackson and Al Mana have been dating since 2010. They have no children together. Jackson was previously married to Réne Elizondo and James DeBarge.
