Janet Jackson Tweets For First Time Since Pregnancy Announcement

Janet Jackson has posted to social media after three months of silence.

“Hey you guys.. It’s been awhile.. but I’m still listening,” Jackson wrote on Saturday. “I feel your love and prayers.. Thank you.. and I’m doing well.”, the star tweeted. She also wrote “Al Hamdu lillah”, which translates to “Praise be to God” in Arabic.

Jackson confirmed earlier this year that she and her husband Wissam Al Mana are expecting a baby.

“We thank God for our blessing,” the 50-year-old singer said of expecting her first child when confirming the news.

“She is super excited about her pregnancy and is doing extremely well,” a source close to the Jackson family told People. “She actually feels very good about everything.”
