Janet Jackson has canceled her upcoming European tour saying that she has had an operation and needs time to recover.
After rescheduling her European tour dates that were canceled, Jackson has canceled them again due to a recent surgery.
“It is not possible to confirm new date at the present time so we are refunding all ticket holders,” an email from Ticketmaster informed fans who had purchased tickets to her U.K. and other European shows, according to Spin.
The European dates have also been removed from the Ticketmaster website. The 49-year-old also had to combat rumors earlier this year that she was fighting throat cancer. Her first show was scheduled for April 4 in Glasgow has been canceled along with shows in London, Manchester, Dublin and on the Continent.
Neither the singer nor her team have commented on the newly canceled dates. She was last seen in public at a fashion show in Paris on Saturday.
