The hardest-learning actor in Hollywood is chasing yet another degree: James Franco, 33, has been accepted to the University of Houston's doctoral program in literature and creative writing. Only 20 people are admitted to the doctoral program each year out of 400 applicants, reports the Houston Chronicle. Franco deferred his enrollment until 2012. The Oscar host already has undergraduate degree from UCLA, an MFA from Columbia and is now enrolled in Yale's doctoral English program. Phew!
