Is James Franco professing his love for Harry Potter star, Emma Watson by having her likeness permanently tattooed on to his skin?
This picture, posted to the actor’s Instagram account today, would certainly lead you to believe that’s the case.
“I <3 Hermoine. Ink by @indiangiver,” Franco writes on the post, but before you go ahead and brand the pair Hollywood’s new hot couple, we must dash your dreams and reveal that the tattoo is in fact fake.
A quick click into artist @indiangiver will reveal the image as nothing more than a digital illusion, applied to Franco’s neck using Photoshop, as opposed to the slightly more permanent ink and needle. The artist’s account features many doctored celebrity pics, among them a tatted-up Marilyn Monroe and a sleeve-toting Winona Ryder.
Watson has yet to respond to her one-time co-star’s heartfelt message. The two appeared together in the 2013 apocalyptic comedy hit, This Is The End.
