J.K. Rowling penned the script for the West End play Harry Potter and the Cursed Child Parts I and II, and will have it published for fans of the popular wizard series.

Harry Potter and the Cursed Child Parts I and II will open in London’s West End on July 30. The script book will be released the following day.

“The Special Rehearsal Edition of the script book will be published on July 31, 2016, following the play’s opening on July 30, bringing the eighth Harry Potter story to a wider, global audience,” publishers Hachette India said in a statement.

David Shelley, CEO of Little, Brown Book Group added in a statement, “J.K. Rowling and her team have received a huge number of appeals from fans who can’t be in London to see the play and who would like to read the play in book format — and so we are absolutely delighted to be able to make it available for them.”

Harry Potter and the Cursed Child Parts I and II picks up 19 years following the events of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. Middle-aged Harry, married to his best friend Ron Weasley’s sister Ginny, is overworked in his job at the ministry of magic. Of bigger concern, however, is his youngest son Albus.

“[Harry’s] youngest son Albus must struggle with the weight of a family legacy he never wanted,” reads a press release from Scholastic. “As past and present fuse ominously, both father and son learn the uncomfortable truth: sometimes darkness comes from unexpected places.”

As Rowling was quick to point out on Twitter, Cursed Child is not a sequel novel. Rather, it is merely the script for the play.
