Donald Trump’s daughter, Ivanka Trump, shared a sweaty workout clip on her Instagram story the night after her father’s disastrous performance in the debate against Kamala Harris.

Ivanka, 42, did squats at the gym with ten-pound weights in her hands, accompanied by her personal trainer, Sandy Brockman, a known celebrity trainer. She wore grey leggings and a matching workout top and captioned the clip, “Heck yes! Let’s go.”

Brockman posted a picture to her story with the written remark, “Beautiful back squats today.”

Ivanka has long been publicly dedicated to exercise and previously disclosed she would get up at dawn to ensure an efficient workout. In 2015, she told My Morning Routine, “I get up at 5:30 a.m. and meditate or work out—or both. Then I shower and listen to a TED Talk while I moisturize and do my makeup.” Many have questioned whether Ivanka actually listens to TED Talks, as her rhetoric does not reflect many of the views presented in the lectures.

She also told the outlet that her mornings start with a cup of lemon water followed by a big cup of coffee. She wakes the kids up at 7:00 a.m. for breakfast, usually Greek yogurt or oatmeal.

Ivanka and her husband, Jared Kushner, have distanced themselves from Trump’s re-election efforts. Especially notable, they were both absent from Mar-a-Lago when Trump announced he was seeking another term in November 2022. This is a sizable shift, as Ivanka had previously been highly involved in her father’s presidential position and efforts.

After Trump left office in January 2021, Kushner and Ivanka relocated to Florida with their three children, Arabella, 12, Joseph, 9and Theodore, 8.

The family has had an active summer, with adventures posted to Ivanka’s Instagram that show the family jet skiing in Miami, shredding waves in California and going on ATV rides in Alaska.
