Ivana Trump‘s Manhattan townhouse, which she bought after divorcing Donald Trump in 1992, is still up for sale.
The five-story, 8700-square-foot townhouse is listed for $26.5 million. The price has not changed since it was first listed in November. The old-fashioned style and lavish layout with pink marble flooring, gold-trimmed wallpaper, crystal chandeliers and leopard-print furniture may not be appealing to potential buyers.
After Ivana’s heavily reported divorce, she was awarded a settlement of $25 million. She purchased the townhouse for $2.5 million. At the time, the home was a dentist’s office that was remodeled and customized to Ivana’s liking.
