“I don’t wear a toupee. It’s my hair. I swear!” Donald Trump announced as he spoke to a crowd of 1,800 at the Upstate Chamber Coalition’s Presidential Series.

The presidential candidate seeking the nomination of the Republican candidate referred to a front page New York Times article that cited how Spanish radio show host Ricardo Sanchez had started calling Trump “el hombre del peluquín” – the man of the toupee.

In response, Trump invited an audience member on stage to pull his hair and get to the bottom of the toupee scandal. “Come here! We’re gonna settle this,” he said. “Just come on up here. You have to do an inspection here. This is getting crazy.”

While the guest barely brushed Trump’s “real” hair, she seemed absolutely sure that his spray-tan shaded hair was 100% natural. When asked if it’s real, the lady responded, “Yes, I believe it is.” Trump then asked the hair tester to confirm that she had never met The Apprentice host in her life.

The Hispanic media has reason not to be casting Trump in a good light. In recent weeks, he has called Mexican immigrants “drug dealers and rapists.” Moreover, his immigration plan includes racist policies against Hispanics, including a proposal to erect a wall along the Mexico-US border.
