Jacob Kulke, 24, the young man who was arrested at the Nashville home of Taylor Swift, 23, last December will not face prosecution.
The Wisconsin resident was arrested Dec. 14 when he jumped over Swift's fence. After security detained him, Kulke claimed that he was dating Swift and was there to celebrate her birthday. A Twitter account, believed to be Kulke’s, shows a post saying “Happy Birthday @taylorswift13 !!!! :).” He was arrested and held on a $10,000 bond.
Kulke is set to be extradited to Colorado where he is facing a probation violation, according to WSMV-TV. His extradition hearing is set for Jan. 29.
