The Game and Lloyd Banks
Yet another celebrity has fallen foul of Instagram’s strict decency codelines. The picture-sharing platform is not happy with rapper The Game following a series of pics posted to his account which feature him stripped down to his underwear and revealing the outline of his package in vivid detail.
The Game revealed the news in a video posted on Wednesday. “So word on the street is Instagram is threatening to delete my account if I don’t take the meat print picture down,” the “Hate It or Love It” rapper said. “They want to know how I feel about it,” he added, then pointing to his expressionless face, eager to show fans he isn’t fazed by drama.
The “meat print” picture in question caused quite a stir online and went viral, even trending on Twitter. Following the success of the original pic, The Game posted three more of similar nature.
The news is surprising considering the photo in question was posted over a month ago but it’s certainly not the first time Instagram has made a fuss over risque celebrity content. Kendall Jenner was forced to remove a photo of herself walking the catwalk in which her nipples are clearly visible. Comedian Chelsea Handler was similarly instructed to take a photo that revealed her bare breasts off the site.
As of now The Game’s Instagram account and infamous “meat print” pic have yet to be removed.
