Instagram member Jazzy has struggled with her image, once receiving a rude comment describing her pictures as “gross.” Body shaming can be a demoralizing experience for anyone, and Jazzy acknowledged her insecurities over her figure. However, one of her more recent posts, a photo of her and her husband, has gone viral given the message it portrays.

The photograph was originally posted on June 1. It showcases Jazzy with her muscled husband, both enjoying their time together at the beach.

Jazzy, an aspiring model, had often pondered why her husband – who’s “born fit” – found her attractive. Within her photo’s description, she references how she “doesn’t have a flat stomach,” amongst other descriptors. So, why does he “love something that isn’t ‘perfect’?”

Ultimately, she realized she does have a “perfect” body – it makes her and her husband happy, how could it be anything but? Her post conveyed the confidence she gained from her self-realization.

Jazzy’s picture resulted in a wave of positivity, with several comments expressing their respect for her courage. Furthermore, some of the other comments were from followers who relate to Jazzy’s experience. As of this writing, Jazzy’s photo has garnered over 82,000 likes and over 3,400 comments.
