A self-proclaimed “Indiana Swiftie,” Michal Owens, has garnered much attention over her Halloween decorations.
Owens says that she tries to do something fun every year for Halloween. She thought that since there is nothing bigger than Taylor Swift this year, she would have a Swift-themed decor in her yard.
The skeleton stands 16-feet tall, dressed in an Eras Tour-inspired outfit, a two-piece bright blue skirt and top. She even has a blond wig on, which is three wigs sewn together that Owens cut to give the skeleton bangs.
In an interview with CBS, Owens said she even named the skeleton “Skaylor Swift.”
Swift has been dating football star Travis Kelce in recent weeks, and the two have continued to be seen together on multiple occasions. So, Owens thought it only appropriate to include him in her decorations next to the pop star. She even put a mustache and his jersey number, 87, on one of the skeletons.
Owens wanted Skaylor to have a proper “love story,” quoting one of Swift’s best-known songs, so it felt only right to include Kelce.
Swift is still on the Eras Tour, and Kelce is in the middle of the NFL season, so more serious dating may need to wait.
Owens ended up with the “skeletons” of Swift and Kelce right outside her yard in Zionsville, Indiana. This attracted the attention of neighbors and the media.
Swift has had an incredible year as her Eras Tour was wildly successful, and she is set to come out with her newest re-recording of her album, 1989, later this month, on October 27.
