Iggy Azalea announced that she is taking a break from Twitter and other social media after suffering from online bullying.

Azalea returned from a Hawaiian vacation with her boyfriend, Nick Young, to find that paparazzi photos of her bikini body had become a topic of controversy in the tabloids, with many making fun of her cellulite. Azalea laughed off the speculation about her cellulite, accurately noting that most women have some form of cellulite.

The negative words and press about her body seems to have pushed Azalea over the edge. Tired of the barrage of mean messages and criticism, Azalea she would be “taking some time away from social media.”

When people questioned Azalea’s action, Azalea hit back, saying that she felt she can’t be happy and be exposed to the constant negative energy on the Internet at the same time.
