‘House Of Cards’ Gets Season 3 Release Date

House of Cards, Netflix’s hit political drama, will premiere on the streaming network in February.

Netflix announced House of Cards Feb. 27, 2015 premiere date via Twitter:

House of Cards, which stars Kevin Spacey and Robin Wright, premiered its second season on Valentine’s Day 2014. Over Valentine’s Day weekend, over half a million people reportedly completed the entire 13-episode sophomore season.

Adapted from the BBC miniseries of the same name, House of Cards follows politician Frank Underwood (Spacey), who has ambitions of the Oval Office that are heavily encouraged by his wife (Wright). Thus far, the streaming series has been nominated for 9 Primetime Emmy Awards and four Golden Globes.
