HGTV Star Christina Hall Accuses Ex Josh Hall Of Using Home Security Cameras To Spy On Her

A recent legal filing has revealed a string of allegations against Christina Hall, the star of the HGTV series Christina on the Coast, and her estranged husband, Josh Hall.

According to a court filing, Hall claims that Josh made unscheduled visits to their shared home in Newport Beach, California, and allegedly took items from the property. She further alleges that Josh plugged in security cameras that she had previously unplugged, which she believes was done at the request of his lawyer to preserve “electronic evidence.”

“Josh’s attorney sent a letter demanding that I preserve electronic evidence without it being automatically deleted, so I unplugged cameras so the system would not automatically overwrite the hard drive,” Hall claims in the filing. “Each time Josh has returned to the house, he has plugged the cameras back in, allowing him to keep me and my children under surveillance.” 

Hall’s filing alleges, “I object to him having that access into my home.”

Josh’s initial request for spousal support was met with a response from Hall, who asked that neither partner be granted such support. Additionally, the various properties at stake in the divorce, such as their $12 million Newport Beach mansion, have been brought into the legal dispute.

Hall and Josh began dating around March 2021 and went public with their relationship that July. They revealed that they had been married in April 2022 and, in November 2022, had an oceanfront wedding celebration in Maui. Both spouses’ divorce documents confirmed they had married six months before they shared the news with a secret courthouse ceremony in October 2021.

Hall shares two children with her first husband, Tarek El Moussa, and a son with her second husband, Ant Anstead.

Hall and Josh were set to co-star in a new HGTV series, The Flip Off, where they would compete against El Moussa and his new wife, Heather El Moussa. However, Josh is no longer involved in the project, and Hall has resumed filming with El Moussa and Heather.
