Heidi Klum Slammed For ‘Disturbing’ & ‘Inappropriate’ Lingerie Ad Campaign With Her Daughter, Leni

Following a lingerie photoshoot, Heidi Klum and her 20-year-old daughter, Leni, are facing backlash over the campaign.

Klum, 51, and her daughter were promoting Intimissimi’s Fall-Winter collection, the photos for which were posted by the lingerie brand on Monday.

The mother-daughter-duo also filmed a video in which they took turns recording each other on an old camera, accentuating their figures in the lingerie and feeling the fabric on each other’s sets.

“Lace that flatters, support that empowers – From generation to generation, #intimissimi celebrates every facet of femininity,” Intimissimi captioned the Instagram post.

Leni posted photos from the campaign on her personal Instagram account, writing “Our new @Intimissimiofficial campaign is OUT NOW! Look at the new collection online and in all Intimissimi stores! Excited to show you more of this perfect collection… Keep an eye out!”

Fans, however, did not share the same enthusiasm for the shoot, as some felt the campaign to be disturbing.

“Am I the only one thinking this is a bit weird?… campaign at least doesn’t work for me. Like who dresses up in lingerie with his mom and prances around taking pics? Don’t know… I mean nothing wrong with that but it’s like not [something] that makes sense in an ad, when I am looking to buy lingerie and stuff…” one user commented.

“I have to say this advert it’s a bit weird,” another added.

“This is really weird and inappropriate… mother and daughter filming each other in lingerie? What is this????” a third chimed in.

Others, however, came to the models’ defense and said the campaign highlighted the close relationship they share.

“They are just modeling. They are not making out. Mother and daughter modeling for the same brand,” one user wrote.

“There’s nothing weird here, just art,” another said.

This is not the first time the duo has received criticism for modeling together. In December, they promoted Intimissimi’s Christmas collection together, sparking similar reactions.
