Heidi Klum: 'Seal And I Have Moved On'

More than seven months after her high-profile split from singer Seal, 49, following their seven-year marriage, Heidi Klum, 39, is driving a nail into the coffin of those fans who dare to hope that she and Seal might ever rekindle their relationship.

"Our separation was based on issues between the two of us," Klum said in a statement to People. "Seal has moved on and so have I. My priority has and continues to be protecting and providing for our children."

Klum's statement comes after Seal was recently quoted saying he wished Klum had "waited until we separated first before deciding to fornicate with the help," allegedly responding to reports that Klum is getting close to her bodyguard of four years, Martin Kristen, reports E! Online.

Klum's rep responded, "It is sad that Seal has to resort to false accusations." However, a source for Seal then claimed that he was misunderstood and was actually referring to the fact that he and Klum are "separated and the divorce is not final, so they are legally still married."

Klum, who has four children with Seal — Leni, 8, Henry, 6, Johan, 5, and Lou, 2 —went on in her statement to say, "I cherish all of the great memories Seal and I created together over the years."
