Heidi Klum Dates Bodyguard Martin Kristen, Denies Cheating

After seven years of marriage and four children, Heidi Klum, 39, and Seal, 49, shocked the world earlier this year by announcing their split — now, Klum seems to have found love again, or at least a consoling rebound shoulder, in bodyguard of four years Martin Kristen. Doubling as protector and boyfriend, the couple were pictured vacationing with Klum's children in Sardinia.

Perhaps even more shocking, however, is the nasty turn Klum and Seal's divorce has recently taken, with accusations of infidelity being thrown around. An embittered Seal made a slyly worded attack on Klum shortly after the pictures were published of Klum and Kristen were published. “That’s what happens when two people separate, they move on and generally meet other people in their lives. I certainly don’t expect Heidi to all of a sudden become a nun," Seal said. “That’s the only thing I would have preferred. Whilst I didn’t expect anything better from him, I would of thought that Heidi would have shown a little more class and at least waited until we separated first before deciding to fornicate with the help, as it were.”

While many took the statement to mean that Seal claimed Klum had cheated on him during their marriage, a source for Seal later clarified that it wasn't so, adding that he was in fact referring to the fact that the couple are "separated and the divorce is not final, so they are legally still married."

But the damage was done. "It is sad that Seal has to resort to false accusations," responded a rep for Klum, who herself insisted that she was faithful during her marriage. “When we were together, I never looked at another man," Klum told Katie Couric. “It was a unique choice of words. I’m used to it. Other people aren’t."

Although some had hoped that the couple would rekindle their relationship, Klum denied any possibilities of reconciliation. "Our separation was based on issues between the two of us," Klum, who recently walked for Project Runway at New York Fashion Week (pictured at top), said earlier this month in a statement. "Seal has moved on and so have I. My priority has and continues to be protecting and providing for our children."
