Heather Graham, 53, Looks Better Than Ever In New Bikini Photos

Heather Graham doesn’t look like she’s aged since her Austin Powers days in new bikini posts. 

The 53-year-old took to Instagram recently to share a series of glowing photos of herself in a white bikini, enjoying her time on the warm and sunny beaches of Jamaica. 

“You don’t age! Looking fabulous,” a fan commented. 

“Extremely hot. Forget that she’s 53 years old, which is unbelievable, 🔥” another said. 

“You look exactly the same as you did 35 years ago in License to Drive,” a third fan wrote.

Like many fit celebrities, Graham tries to avoid sugar to stay young and healthy. She also avoids white flour.

“I do eat sugar sometimes, but as a broad rule, I try to just eat no sugar basically, and I have to say I feel a lot better,” she previously told Refinery29. “And I will sometimes eat things with white flour, but I try to avoid white flour.”

In addition to avoiding unhealthy food, the actress likes to keep herself moving and said she’s “obsessed with yoga.” 

“For fun, I would go on a yoga retreat and do four hours of yoga a day,” she shared. “And then I do pilates. I also like going out dancing.”
