Hayden Panettiere Shines At AMAs

Nashville star Hayden Panettiere, 23, may just be channeling the life of a country music star, but she fit right in with the best and brightest in music at Sunday night's American Music Awards at Los Angeles' Nokia Theatre, where she was escorted by her footballer boyfriend, Scotty McKnight, 24.

Panettiere went with a sassy, short, shimmering number and did her hair up in a bun, along with stars like Elisha Cuthbert, Heidi Klum and Taylor Swift (one of the suggested inspirations for Panettiere's Nashville character), who also shared Panettiere's color scheme.

Nashville, also starring Connie Britton, Charles Esten, Eric Close, Clare Bowen and Jonathan Jackson, airs Wednesdays at 10 p.m. EST.
