Harvey Weinstein Wrote Jennifer Aniston ‘Should Be Killed’ In Court Case Document

Unsealed court papers have revealed that disgraced movie mogul Harvey Weinstein said that actress Jennifer Aniston “should be killed.”

On October 31, 2017, Sallie Hofmeister, the senior executive of Harvey Weinstein’s public relations company, forwarded Weinstein an email from the National Enquirer. In the email, the Enquirer claimed that Aniston “confided to a friend that during the production of the 2005 movie ‘Derailed’ Weinstein sexually assaulted her by pressing up against her back in [sic] grabbing her buttocks.”

About an hour after receiving her email, Weinstein messaged Hofmeister back stating, “Jen Aniston should be killed.”

The Enquirer never published these allegations and a representative for Aniston wrote that they were not true. “Jennifer has never been harassed or assaulted by Harvey Weinstein. He never got close enough to touch her and she has never been alone with him,” said her rep.

The email is only a part of the 1,000-page collection of documents used during Weinstein’s court case. Weinstein has been sentenced to 23 years in a New York State prison for rape and sexual assault.
