Harry Styles & Olivia Wilde Have Called It Quits After Two Years Together

After nearly two years of romance under an extremely bright spotlight, Harry Styles and Olivia Wilde are reportedly taking a break.

The 28-year-old pop star and the 38-year-old director have called it quits for now, and their rumored reasoning behind the split seems logical.

While Styles still touring abroad, she is focusing on her kids in L.A.

The iconic ex-lovebirds first met on the set of their film, Don’t Worry Darling, toward the end of 2020. By January 2021, they were spotted holding hands at Styles’ manager’s wedding, and the rest is history.

Wilde and Styles preferred to keep their relationship mostly private. However, the internet will always remember all the TikToks featuring the actress dancing her heart out to her boyfriend’s hits at (thousands?) of his Love On Tour shows.

The two remain close friends these days.

But, having different priorities wasn’t the only driving factor in this breakup. Wilde and Styles have endured a lot of public pressure on them that’s reportedly been difficult.

The exes and Don’t Worry Darling co-stars faced some truly wild rumors about their relationship over the years. Perhaps the most outlandish one involved Wilde’s “special salad dressing.”

Wilde and her ex-husband Jason Sudeikis‘ former nanny went to The Daily Mail in October with some entertaining — though not super believable — stories about the supposed Wilde-Sudeikis-Styles love triangle.

The nanny claimed that Sudeikis literally laid under Wilde’s car so that his wife at the time wouldn’t leave. She also “recalled” that Sudeikis knew it was over between him and Wilde when “[Wilde] made her special dressing and she [left] with her salad to have dinner with [Harry.]”

It’s honestly impressive that Styles and Wilde were able to rise above such intense rumors for two years.
