By now everyone knows that Halle Berry, 45, and Gabriel Aubry, 36, have not had the most amicable of Hollywood splits since calling it quits in April 2010, and their daughter Nahla seems continually caught in the middle of their continuing feud.

The latest scuffle began when Nahla's nanny, Alliance Kamdem, accused Aubry of physically lashing out at her and nearly shoving her over while Kamdem was holding the three-year-old, reports the NY Daily News. Berry reacted to the situation by calling for an immediate stay-away order that would prevent Aubry from seeing Nahla.

The closed-door hearing was called on Tuesday and lasted about 35 minutes, before Aubrey emerged from the courtroom, smiling. "Nothing happened," Gary Fishbein, Aubry's lawyer, said, also assuring that his client was "absolutely" still allowed access to his daughter. Both sides will return to court on Monday, however, for a follow-up hearing heard by Judge Mark Juhas, who is on vacation this week.

Kamdem has since quit her job as Nahla's nanny.
